What is the standard shipping time for fully assembled bikes?
Complete bicycles undergo a professional 25-point safety inspection before shipping. This process typically takes 3-5 business days, with transit times ranging from 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all new bicycles come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Sierra Bicycle Supply offers a 1-year limited warranty on labor for local customers and a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all individual components.
Can I return a bike if it's not the right fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. Bicycles must be in 'like-new' condition and returned in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to motorized or specialty carbon frames.
Do you provide international shipping for parts and accessories?
We currently ship parts, apparel, and accessories to over 50 countries. However, due to dealer agreements, complete bicycles are currently only available for shipment within North America.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a specific geometry chart. We recommend measuring your inseam and comparing it to the 'Standover Height' listed. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for more technical riding or sizing up for stability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-performance builds, we also offer flexible financing options through Affirm to help you get on the trail sooner.
