Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, uninstalled condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
